Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cleanvio. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.


1. Services


Cleanvio offers professional cleaning services including standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning, along with additional extras. We strive to deliver a high-quality, reliable service tailored to your specific needs.


2. Booking and Payment


All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices provided on our website or quote forms are estimates based on the information supplied. Final costs may vary if additional work is required or the property’s condition differs from initial descriptions.

Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking. We accept multiple payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and contactless payments. Payment must be completed before or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

For recurring services, payments will be collected according to the agreed schedule.

Also for recurring cleans, the initial clean will be at the full price and each subsequent clean will then be at our discounted rate of 30% Weekly, 20% Bi-Weekly & 10% Monthly. 


3. Deposits


To secure your cleaning appointment, Cleanvio may require a deposit, especially for larger or ongoing cleaning services. The deposit amount is typically 25% of the total estimated price and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation to guarantee your appointment.

The deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice after the service is completed.

Please note deposits are non-refundable if the booking is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.


4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


Customers must notify Cleanvio at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.

Cleanvio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances such as severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.


5. Customer Responsibilities


Please ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time and that any special instructions are communicated clearly.

We recommend securing valuables, fragile items, and pets to prevent damage or accidents.

Customers should inform Cleanvio of any potential hazards or sensitive areas within the property.


6. Liability and Damage


Cleanvio and its staff will take every reasonable care when performing cleaning services.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile or unsecured items, or inadequate access.

Any damage directly caused by Cleanvio staff must be reported within 24 hours. We will investigate and, if found liable, repair or compensate accordingly.

Cleanvio’s liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.


7. Service Guarantee


Cleanvio is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


8. Privacy and Data Protection


Cleanvio respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Personal information collected during booking is used solely to provide and improve our services.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions


Cleanvio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date amended accordingly.

Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
